How can my agency help to offer CalFresh?
Your school, church, food pantry or agency can help families apply and potentially receive CalFresh benefits. How can SFBFS help you?
1. Refer a client who participates with your agency
Take a few minutes to complete the following form and a representative from SFBFS will contact the person directly to start the CalFresh application process.
2. Become an official CalFresh referral provider
Current Partner Agencies of SFBFS can apply for SFBFS' CalFresh Partnerships program. Once approved, your agency can help screen clients and apply for CalFresh benefits.
3. Request a representative to attend your event
Please fill out the following CalFresh event inquiry form and a staff member from SFBFS will contact you to let you know if we can attend and present information about the benefits of CalFresh to clients at your agency. (Please note, this is not the form to order food.)
